Terms of Service

These terms govern use of DialBase websites, demo lines, onboarding, and clinic intake services.

1. Service overview

DialBase provides intake infrastructure for clinics. The service may answer after-hours or overflow calls, capture patient intent, qualify basic inquiry details, and prepare structured handoffs for clinic follow-up.

DialBase does not guarantee that any inquiry will become a patient, appointment, consultation, or sale.

2. No medical advice

DialBase is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, clinical decisions, or emergency services.

Clinics are responsible for reviewing intake information, contacting patients, making clinical decisions, and complying with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.

3. Demo lines

Demo lines are provided for evaluation. Demo workflows may be limited, modified, paused, or discontinued at any time.

You are responsible for providing accurate clinic information and for ensuring that any test calls or demo use are appropriate and lawful.

4. Clinic responsibilities

Clinics are responsible for their phone routing, patient consents, call notices, follow-up procedures, staff review, and use of any information received through DialBase.

Clinics must not use DialBase for emergencies, urgent medical triage, unlawful activity, spam, harassment, or any use that could harm patients or interfere with healthcare delivery.

5. Accounts, payments, and onboarding

Some services may require checkout, onboarding, or a separate written agreement. If separate terms apply, those terms control for the relevant service.

Fees, billing, cancellations, refunds, and setup details will be described during checkout, onboarding, or in a separate agreement.

6. Privacy and data

Use of DialBase is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Clinics are responsible for providing any required privacy notices and obtaining any required consents from patients or callers.

If healthcare-specific data protection terms are required, such as a business associate agreement, those terms must be agreed separately before DialBase processes protected health information for that clinic.

7. Intellectual property

DialBase and its software, workflows, designs, copy, branding, and related materials belong to DialBase or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

You retain ownership of clinic information you provide, but you grant DialBase permission to use it as needed to provide, support, secure, and improve the service.

8. Availability and disclaimers

DialBase is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DialBase disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DialBase will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunities.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
